The Evaluator recommends that the release of the survey micro data be done cautiously with Restricted and Controlled Access in the first instance. The evaluation recommends that in-depth analysis be performed by CAS and ILO along with their key partners to identify any issues with the quality of the data before releasing the data file. To avoid misinterpretation of the survey data by users, the Evaluator recommends the creation of derived key variables. To protect the privacy and confidentiality of the survey respondents, outliers should be suppressed from the file.
