The Oversight Committee was considered a temporary structure and very specific to the Baldia Arrangement. The role and possible continuation of this forum is part of overall consideration for the long-term sustainability of the Baldia Arrangement. which eventually may get absorbed into the permanent structure, the SESSI Board and which is officially provided for under the SESS Act Should the partners wish, the OC can continue for some time as may be deemed relevant.
