title:
: To promote the sustainability of the SCORE, the ILO should focus on ensuring that an organisation or trainers’ group can: (i) undertake the oversight functions, (ii) conduct research into public and private sector entities which may be interested in adopting SCORE oversight as a business, (iii) continue to facilitate ToT to expand the pool of SCORE trainers and (iv) assist SCORE trainers to develop a marketing strategy for their business including the option of specialising in modules, and include in a new design for the next phase a specific strategy for SCORE financial independence within two years.

action_plan:
In 2021, the project will consult with existing SCORE Trainers about their ideas and preferred model for developing the institutional capacity of SCORE in Myanmar. The project had recruited a company to conduct research on entities which was due to start in Q1 2021. This has been delayed due to the political crisis, but it is hoped that this will be able to start in Q2 2021, provided there is an improvement in the operating environment Once the above consultations and research have been completed, the project will develop a strategy for SCORE institutional development, which will be integrated into the design of the next phase of the project
