Well capacitated BDSPs such as SIMAD university who were trained in most of the training modules implemented in the project should be encouraged to replicate these trainings including follow-up components to the project beneficiaries noting that they have trainings infrastructures in place including, appropriate classrooms and teaching facilities. The ILO should continue to capacitate the BDSPs and ensure the trainings are delivered effectively and within the required standards. The ILO should continue to monitor and technically support these BDSPs to ensure the quality of the trainings and its delivery are maintained.
