Use workers’ engagement mechanisms to better identify the target group’s needs and support the advocacy work on transition to formality by engaging with various civil society organizations that are working closely with target beneficiaries (women, SuTP, workers in the informal economy) to create a platform to engage with workers and by encouraging worker representation systems in the directly engaged workplace under Objective 1 however, by highlighting that it is not an alternative to proper trade union representation.
