- At the time evaluation, work-based learning programme was at the pilot phase. For the pilot, intentionally, sectoral approach was not adopted and enterprises from all sectors were included in the pilot to see in which sectors the programme design will work best. With recent kick-off of the scaled-up programme, sectoral approach is being applied and specific sectors for job placement were identified by implementing partners for each province of implementation. Wood, metal, machinery and textile sectors were identified for the implementation province, Gaziantep. Vocational training modules were selected as per the identified labor needs of the respective sectors.
