The office always endevaours to hire the right people to manage any project through a careful and competitive recruitment process. For this project, the right Project Manager was hired to manage the project as demonstrated by the successs of the project and the appreciation by the Government of South Africa and the donor. The recommendation has been taken on board and an ongoing project in South Africa has built in an inception phase. The same applies to a project for the SADC region and a new project starting up in Lesotho.
