- There should be a focused attention and support to women, PWDs and the marginalised, youth and unemployed youth business initiatives and job opportunities to enable them benefit in social economy: The women and other marginalised groups should be given special attention by focusing and supporting the social economy enterprises in which they are heavily involved. Special attention could take into account the contexts such as urban, rural divides, educate and non-educated.
