aspect of the programme. To date factories
who have participated in SCORE have been
supportive of the programme and SCORE has
been embraced by the Kaizen Institute. The
SCORE trainers themselves are working on
forming an associate to help them market the
services to other factories. However, there
are a limited number of trained SCORE
trainers. Identifying and training more,
including working with other institutes as well
as individual consultants would further
strengthen the sustainability of this service.
