ensure funding is available for all elements of
the programme. There have been delays to
certain programmes due to the funding gaps, such as the work on the MNE Declaration
work, the one-stop employment injury
insurance trial, and IMS system for the Labour
Inspectorate. This is a result of the integrated
nature of the programme and relying on a
number of donors. While there are significant
benefits to this, it has created some gaps in
funding, and ensuring these aspects of the
programme can move forward are important
for achieving all of the objectives.
