The ILO and MHRSD should give special attention to develop a communication strategy The ILO with the collaboration of the MHRSD and other partners should develop a well-structured communication strategy that includes specific pillars to promote project results and achievements on different levels. These pillars as proposed by the evaluation involve a sharing/dissemination mechanism among the tripartite constituents led by the MHRSD, learning mechanisms, creating workable project steering committee to track, manage and monitor the project, in addition to promoting the role of the social media to advocate for the thematic areas of the project. This needs to be agreed with the MHRSD as the donor.

The ILO will discuss with the MHRSD the communication format/ strategy to be deployed to share knowledge and information and increase awareness on project's themes, objectives, outcomes and deliverables

comments:

While the ILO agrees to the importance of developing a communication strategy to ensure information sharing at least between the MHRSD and social partners, but also beyond, this needs to be discussed and agreed upon with the Ministry. The ILO also advises on the importance of making project deliverables publicly available and will continue to encourage the Ministry to do so. Creating a project unit or committee to ensure regular communication on project outcomes and achievements will also be discussed in further detail with the Ministry.
