- A gender analysis has been planned (started 14th sept) to ensure that gender is mainstreamed throughout the project design in order to maximize FAIR’s contribution to gender equality and women’s empowerment going forward.

- The gender analysis is expected to make recommendations and propose modifications to the project design elements, to ensure that the project resources and activities maximise positive outcomes for migrant women and men that are the intended end-beneficiaries of project results.
The analysis will cover all the migration corridors targeted by the project: from the Cote d’Ivoire to Tunisia, from Tunisia to Qatar, from Lesotho to South Africa, and from Ghana to the Arab States (destination not yet defined).
