Strengthen the SP platform by creating community and proactive civic space for policy reflections by the CSOs beyond only OPDs and nurture information transparency and knowledge sharing among SP stakeholders. On a short run, revitalize the dialogues with the CSOs and inform them about the progress of the SP Strategy approval.

- During the evaluation the program team has clarified and reiterated that SP platforms have been supported, for OPDs, but also for civil society experts, workers, and ageing organizations. The team has also explained that several organizations in Lebanon and the region are already leading on the creation of such spaces for policy reflections within the civic space, and ILO is supporting these initiatives in different ways; taking part in the dialogue, presenting findings and updates, and linking people together. This is a part of implementation, bearing in mind that there is a risk of overcrowding and fragmentation if more platforms are created without proper coordination and support to existing platforms/organizations.
