- Revisions to Theory of Change and Results Framework. There are a series of fundamental recommendations we have made with respect to the Theory of Change and Results Framework, which we believe will have a profound effect on improving the focus and coherency of the FAIRWAY programme. Goal and Impact Statements could feasibly be changed for the following phase of FAIRWAY, if these are difficult to change now. These recommendations are backed by the human security and women’s empowerment frameworks that has been outlined, and are mutually supportive of each other.
