- Strengthen and collaborate with other migration programmes on internal and external communications. FAIRWAY has become increasingly impressive with the depth and extent of the research and analysis it is conducting. However, the programme still struggles with keeping its internal and prospective external audiences informed as to what is taking place and the knowledge it is developing. What is required is that the programme has a person responsible for communication, since there is at present no-one with communications as part of their mandate within the FAIRWAY staff.
