- 1.The level of participants’ knowledge on key thematic issues in each organization might vary so a survey before the training conducted with the beneficiaries in each organization will be useful to understand the needs, whom need these trainings the most, the capacity or knowledge level of participants.

- The ILO Office for Turkiye will continue capacity assessment study for face-to-face trainings.

- The capacity need assessment study was conducted at most of the project partners’ institutions and its results have been taken into consideration while designing training programmes. After ILO AKADEMI was established and new digital trainings were upload to this learning management system, many new institutions especially private sector requested to utilize the digital trainings. For these new institutions taking the digital trainings which aims to increase awareness on gender equality in the world of work, capacity assessment study was not conducted, since it is very costly to modify the content of the digital trainings for each group.
