Accroître l'accent mis sur l'inclusion des groupes vulnérables dabs les actions des projets dans les futurs projets similaires, en accordant notamment plus d'attention aux personnes déplacées à l'intérieur du pays (PDI), aux réfugiés, aux personnes handicapées, aux personnes touchées par le VIH et à d'autres catégories. Dans les projets existants, accorder plus d'attention à l'inclusion des personnes issues de ces groupes vulnérables dans les activités de formation.
