recommendations:
title:
Recommendation 8. Concretize a clear understanding of core normative work and use it to prioritize related normative work interventions, particularly where RBSA funds are being used. A short-hand term is needed to capture what happens in reality – virtually everyone in the ILO is doing normative work – and a term is thus needed to distinguish broad normative work from really specialized, core, normative work. This recommendation should only be considered if other related recommendations are also considered.

action_plan:
1. Discuss this with NORMES and ROAP and agree if this should be done 2. If agreed, the draft documents should be prepared, discussed and approved
