recommendations:
title:
1. Continue to expand training opportunities for staff on disability inclusion. More detailed technical support on how to ensure disability inclusion in different aspects of the strategy is needed. Expanding the DET training should help, but each custodian should consider what specific thematic training is needed to raise the ILO’s performance in that indicator.

action_plan:
This recommendation will be addressed within the framework of the new ILO Disability Inclusion Strategy (2024-2027).
comments:
The Office is currently forming a pool of facilitators to roll out its new on-line, interactive course “Building Disability Inclusion Together” (including facilitators from ITCILO, the ILO Staff Union, and training consultants working for the Office). This distance-learning course will complement the Office’s face-to-face Disability Equality Training opportunities. Moreover, the Office will continue contributing to the ILO/ITC/UNDIS five-week training programme, “Promoting Disability Inclusion: Make the Change Happen”. As such, the Office has a suite of training options that it will offer members of the ILO/UNDIS Indicator Custodian Network and the Disability Champions Network. Moreover, the Office intends to carry out tailor-made training for members of the Global Management Team and the Staff Union, in support of the new ILO Disability Inclusion Strategy (2024-2027).
