- Usually the ILO engages in development of materials that are part of the formal school curriculum. While these learning materials may be primarily consulted with the SPs, they have to follow a formal pedagogical, and admin procedure strictly defined and monitored by the Natiopnal Agency for Preuniversity Quality Assurance for the general high schools, and National Agency for VET Education and Qualifications for VET high schools and centers.
